Interesting but I only needed to read one page to get the concept. The rest of the details were straight forward and did not need to read, it was fairly obvious.
Good book.
Many more companies should follow this approach, as a Safety Profesional I found a very powerful to improve accountability and ownership of this important subject without the need to create bad relationships with employees and supervisors

I bought this during contract negotiations with my union because the management team presented it right out of the gate. The philosophy is interesting but realistically difficult to implement. Management has struggled to make it work since it has been introduced. It most likely was not intended for a union environment.
